Some of my Microcontroller projects done with PIC.

I'm trying to provide a FREE (yes, FREE) source of DIY, weekend projects, garage projects and lots of crazy things to build. Don't complain or blame on me if you don't follow the instructions as indicated.

Led Chaser II

Led Clock
12Hr Led clock using 16F84 or 16F628. Also, schematic to build a Jumbo clock is included. (6/05/2004)

Matrix Led Display.
A mini display using an array de 5x24 LEDs using Microchip PIC 16F628. (10/14/2004)

One Second Timebase.
Here is the instructions how to get one-second (1hz) pulses from a broken quartz clock. This is a precision timebase generator that can be used in any project that needs exactly one-second pulses. (6/11/2006)

My PIC Programmer
An easy-to-build PIC programmer, based in the JDM. Uses the serial port. (10/24/2004)
PIC Programmer sent by Fco. Arroyo.
Francisco Arroyo Garcia sent this schematic as an alternative to program MICROCHIP PICs. This programmer is a JDM-based and works fine to program the PIC 16F628A. (12/7/2006)
Security Keypad.
This Electronic Code Lock uses a 12-keys keypad is used to enter a password and open an electrick lock or any other device with a signal. Uses an 8-pin PIC 12F629. (11/17/2004)
Security Keypad II
An improved version that can be used on security vaults, Doors with electric latches, Alarms, Safety devices and many other uses. It uses an HITACHI LCD (16x1 or 8x1) and a matrix keypad. The HEX code is available for 16F84A and 16F628. (5/27/2006)
Soundmeter
A simple soundmeter using the PIC 16F628 or 16F84 (5/20/2006)
Tachometer/RPM.
Easy to build using only a few components. With some modifications, it can be used in an automovil. This Tachometer uses a PIC 16F628.(06/12/2004)
Tachometer/RPM II.
This is an improved version of the Tachometer created specially to measure up to 9,999 RPM. Uses a PIC 16F628. (04/24/2006)
Tachometer for Bikes (circuit).

Timebase generator.
One Minute/One Second Pulse generator. Ideal to be used to build any clock. Uses a 12F629. (05/31/2004)
Traffic Light.
A two-way Traffic light using a PIC 12F629. As bonus, a traffic light that doesn't use a PIC is included. (05/13/2004)
Water Level Control/Monitor.
